QuoteLink operates as a lead generation and referral platform connecting customers seeking electrical services with independent electricians and trade professionals across Coventry, Warwickshire and the UK.

We are not an electrical contractor, employer, or agent of either party. Our role is limited to collecting enquiries from Customers and sharing those details with relevant Tradespeople who may provide a quote or contact you directly.

For Customers

  • By submitting a request for a quote through our website, you agree that we may share your information (such as name, contact details, and job description) with one or more registered Tradespeople for the purpose of providing you with quotes.

  • We will only share your information with your consent, given at the time of submitting the form.

  • Our service is completely free for Customers. You will not be charged by QuoteLink for requesting a quote.

  • Any agreement for work, pricing, or services is solely between you and the Tradesperson. QuoteLink is not responsible for the performance, quality, or outcome of any work undertaken.

  • We recommend that you carry out your own due diligence before hiring any Tradesperson.

For Tradespeople

  • By registering with QuoteLink, you agree to receive customer leads relevant to your trade and service area.

  • Leads are charged on a per-lead basis as agreed during onboarding or subsequent communication.

  • All leads provided are based on genuine customer enquiries received through our website. However, QuoteLink cannot guarantee that any lead will convert into paid work.

  • Tradespeople are responsible for contacting the Customer directly and complying with all consumer laws, data protection laws, and applicable trade regulations.

  • QuoteLink reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to leads at any time if misuse, spam, or unprofessional conduct is reported.

Data Protection & Privacy

  • We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018.

  • Customer data is collected and processed solely for the purpose of connecting you with suitable Tradespeople.

  • We will never sell your personal data to third parties.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • QuoteLink provides a referral and introduction service only. We do not endorse, guarantee, or verify the qualifications, insurance, or quality of work of any Tradesperson.

  • Any disputes, claims, or issues regarding the performance of a Tradesperson’s work must be resolved directly between the Customer and the Tradesperson.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuoteLink shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or cost arising out of or in connection with the services provided by Tradespeople, or any reliance placed upon information obtained through our website.

Use of the Website

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

  • Submit false or misleading information.

  • Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website.

Payment Terms (for Tradespeople)

  • Payments for leads are due as per the pricing and payment arrangements agreed with QuoteLink.

  • Leads are considered valid if they contain genuine customer contact information and are within your chosen service area.

  • Refunds or credits may be provided at QuoteLink’s discretion in cases of duplicate, spam, or invalid leads.

All content, branding, and materials on this site are owned or licensed by QuoteLink and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.
